PI 34.065(3)(a)(a) The applicant holds or is eligible to hold a tier II, III, or IV teacher license in kindergarten through grade 12, or the applicant completed an approved program which leads to a license to teach in kindergarten through grade 12.
PI 34.065(3)(b)(b) The applicant holds or is eligible to hold a tier II, III, or IV license as a school counselor, a school psychologist, or a school social worker, or has completed an approved program which leads to one of these licenses.
PI 34.065(4)(4)Experience. Except as provided under ss. PI 34.071 and 34.072, the applicant meets one of the following requirements:
PI 34.065(4)(a)(a) The applicant has 6 semesters of successful classroom experience teaching in any grade.
PI 34.065(4)(b)(b) The applicant has 6 semesters of successful experience as a school counselor, school psychologist, or a school social worker, and the applicant has at least 540 hours of successful classroom teaching experience.

PI 34.066(1)(1)Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes an individual to work as a principal or assistant principal at any grade level.
PI 34.066(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a principal license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the requirements under s. PI 34.065.

PI 34.067PI 34.067District administrator.
PI 34.067(1)(1)Authorization. Except as provided in s. 119.32 (7), Stats., a license issued under this section is required for an individual to work as a district administrator, superintendent, or assistant superintendent. A license under this section also authorizes an individual to serve as a principal or teacher in any school under the individual’s supervision if the individual is employed as a district administrator or superintendent.
PI 34.067(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a district administrator license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:
PI 34.067(2)(a)(a) The applicant meets all of the requirements under s. PI 34.065.
PI 34.067(2)(b)(b) The applicant has an education specialist degree, its equivalent, or a doctoral degree.
PI 34.067(2)(c)(c) The applicant holds a principal license under s. PI 34.066.

PI 34.068(1)(1)Authorization. A license issued under this section is required for an individual to work as a supervisor, coordinator, or director of curriculum, instruction, or staff development, or an equivalent position.
PI 34.068(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a director of instruction license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the requirements under s. PI 34.065.

PI 34.069PI 34.069Director of special education and pupil services.
PI 34.069(1)(1)Authorization. A license issued under this section is required for an individual to administer a special education program or a pupil services program or both.
PI 34.069(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a director of special education and pupil services license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the requirements under s. PI 34.065.

PI 34.070PI 34.070Reading specialist.
PI 34.070(1)(1)Authorization. A license issued under this section is required for an individual to direct early childhood through adolescence reading programs or to work with reading teachers, classroom teachers, administrators, and others as a resource teacher in reading.
PI 34.070(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a reading specialist license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:
PI 34.070(2)(a)(a) The applicant meets all of the requirements under s. PI 34.065.
PI 34.070(2)(b)(b) The applicant has a reading teacher license under s. PI 34.082.
PI 34.070(2)(c)(c) The applicant has a master’s degree with a major emphasis in reading and demonstrated expertise in all of the following:
PI 34.070(2)(c)1.1. Guiding and directing a kindergarten through grade 12 program.
PI 34.070(2)(c)2.2. Field experience in kindergarten through grade 12 reading programs.
PI 34.070(2)(c)3.3. Research related to reading.

PI 34.071(1)(1)Authorization. Except as provided under s. 119.23 (7), Stats., a license issued under this section is required for an individual to have primary budget and fiscal responsibility in a school district.

PI 34.072(1)(1)Authorization. Except as provided under par. (a) 1. a license issued under this section authorizes an individual to be a program coordinator in one of the following if the individual does not otherwise have a valid license under subch. VI or VII:
PI 34.072(1)(a)(a) An instructional program in one of the following areas:
PI 34.072(1)(a)1.1. Career and technical education coordinator. A license is required under this paragraph in order to work as a career and technical education coordinator.

PI 34.072(1)(a)3.3. Dean of students.
PI 34.072(1)(a)4.4. Gifted and talented.
PI 34.072(1)(a)5.5. School to work.
PI 34.072(1)(b)(b) A non-instructional program coordinator in one of the following areas:
PI 34.072(1)(b)1.1. Athletics and co-curricular programs.
PI 34.072(1)(b)2.2. Personnel.
PI 34.072(1)(b)3.3. Public relations.
PI 34.072(1)(b)4.4. Research.
PI 34.072(1)(b)5.5. School network administrator.
PI 34.072(1)(b)6.6. Standards and assessment.
PI 34.072(1)(b)7.7. Other non-instructional positions as determined by an employing school district.
PI 34.072(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue a program coordinator license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:
PI 34.072(2)(a)(a) The applicant meets the requirements under s. PI 34.065 (2).
PI 34.072(2)(b)(b) The applicant has a bachelor’s degree.
PI 34.072(2)(c)(c) The applicant completed an approved educational program and received an institutional endorsement for the license sought.

PI 34.074(1)(1)Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes an individual to teach adaptive education in a regular education setting in kindergarten through grade 12.
PI 34.074(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue an adaptive education license under this section to an applicant who completed an approved education preparation program which included all of the following:
PI 34.074(2)(a)(a) Had a concentration in adaptive education.
PI 34.074(2)(b)(b) Demonstrated knowledge and understanding in all of the following:
PI 34.074(2)(b)1.1. The psychology and nature of a child with a disability.
PI 34.074(2)(b)2.2. Modification of content, instructional strategies, and learning environments for children with disabilities and other children with special needs in the regular education setting.

PI 34.075(1)(1)Authorization. A license issued under this section authorizes an individual to teach adaptive physical education in kindergarten through grade 12.
PI 34.075(2)(2)Eligibility. The state superintendent may issue an adaptive physical education license under this section to an applicant who meets all of the following requirements:

PI 34.075(2)(b)(b) Completed an approved education preparation program in adaptive physical education which included all of the following:
